Benji Hicks attends inaugural Freddy Smith Memorial at Cherokee Speedway

Benji Hicks was one of 30 Super Late Models signed in at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Sunday afernoon for the inaugural Freddy Smith Memorial with the Carolina Clash Super Late Models and Cherokee Chief Miniseries.

Missing the mark during his time trial session, Hicks was unable to make up any ground in his heat race or B-Main which forced him to miss the $15,000 feature.
