Benji Hicks and Ross Bailes drive Double Nickels in Red Rose Rumble at Lancaster
On Saturday afternoon, Benji Hicks drove his familiar No. 55 Double Nickel Race Car while Ross Bailes piloted his back-up No. 55 machine for the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series event at Lancaster (S.C.) Motor Speedway.
Ross started on the fourth-row while Benji started from the fifth-row in the 40-lap main event. With $7,500 on the line, both drivers drove to a Top-10 outing with Ross finishing seventh and Benji finishing eighth.
