Ninth-place outing in March Madness at Cherokee Speedway

Rolling into Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Sunday afternoon, Benji Hicks was one of 25 Coltman Farms Southern All Stars / Mid-East Super Late Models checked in for the annual March Madness event.

After race officials elected to start the $20,000-to-win A-Main based on qualifying times, Hicks rolled off from the 15th-starting position and passed six competitors to record a Top-10 finish.
